REGISTRATION HAS STARTED FEBRUARY 5th, 2008!  Please spread the word for anyone that wants to play!! Please print off any materials that you need!!  There is still room in all age groups, but if you have not turned in forms please turn them in ASAP!

Metro Lacrosse is a league designed to promote and develop lacrosse for interested children in the St. Louis area. 

Staff: Experienced lacrosse coaches and players from across the state

Location: Maryalnd Heights Sportport  12525 Sportport Rd. Maryland Heights, MO 63146

Times: Practice: Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. 

            Games: Sundays and times to be announced

Age Groups: 3rd grade to 8th grade boys and girls

Equipment: provided by player

• Registration Form - download a copy.
• Registration fee made payable to Metro Lacrosse - $180.00 per child, $160.00 per child (two or more).  Payment can be made by personal check, certified check or cash.  We are unable to accept credit cards at this time.  

          PLEASE NOTE: PYLL holds a $45.00 non-refundable deposit within your               

                                   registration fee.  That will be per player not per check. 

• Code of Conduct - download a copy.
• Health Form - download a copy.
• US Lacrosse Registration Form - If registered last year, please bring your US Lacrosse number and expiration date or you will be directed to uslacrosse.org to obtain a US Lacrosse number.  There is a $20.00 fee that will will last you a one year membership.  
• Merchandise Form - If you would like to order any optional merchandise, these forms are due in by March 31st.  download a copy.
• We cannot accept online registrations.  Forms must be received by physical mail.
